Biography

Dr Steven R Steinhubl is Associate Professor of Medicine and the Director of the Cardiovascular Education and Clinical Research at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Prior to joining the University of Kentucky faculty, he was a staff cardiologist at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, for four years, and then Associate Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill for two years. Dr Steinhubl received his undergraduate training in chemical engineering at Purdue University in Indiana, graduate training in physiology at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his medical degree at St. Louis University in Missouri.
